About Hermann
Nicholas Hermann is an attorney practicing primarily in criminal and family law. He was the Republican nominee for Prosecuting Attorney in 2006 and formerly served as a Deputy Prosecutor for Vanderburgh County. Nick and his wife, Gina, have a young son named Lucas, who represents the seventh generation of their family to call Evansville home.
Prosecutor's Office
The Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office is in charge of prosecuting violations of the penal code for the State of Indiana. Offenses that the office prosecutes range from murder to misdemeanor traffic matters. Vanderburgh County Prosecutors can also serve as special prosecuting attorneys in neighboring counties.
